SHOP MANAGER

To lead and manage the daily operations of Native Media Studios, combining creative expertise in photography and videography with strong sales, marketing, IT service knowledge, and team leadership. The Shop Manager ensures exceptional service delivery, drives studio growth, and maintains a high-performing, customer-focused environment.

As a Shop Manager, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in the exciting and dynamic fields of Information Technology and Digital Media. You will collaborate with experienced professionals in Sales, Marketing, Operations in Digital Media and IT to enhance your skills and contribute to our growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To lead and manage the daily operations of Native Media Studios, combining creative expertise in photography and videography with strong sales, marketing, and team leadership skills. The Shop Manager will ensure high-quality production, drive business growth, manage company staff and resources, and uphold brand standards.


Visual Production

Conduct professional photography sessions (portraits, products, events, lifestyle).

Film and edit promotional, corporate, and social media videos.

Manage post-production workflows, file organization, and asset backups.

Maintain studio equipment in excellent working condition (cameras, lighting, audio, drones).

Sales & Marketing

Identify and engage potential clients for photo/video services.

Create and present service proposals, quotes, and close sales deals.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.

Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to increase leads and sales.

Supervision & Team Management

Oversee daily activities of photographers, videographers, and editors.

Assign projects, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Train and guide team members in production techniques and customer service.

Foster a productive, collaborative, and positive work environment.

Studio Operations

Studio & Operations Management

Oversee inventory, IT hardware/software, and facility maintenance.

Ensure studio and IT service areas are clean, secure, and fully operational.

Continuously improve workflows, documentation, and client service standards.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

Creative & Technical Skills

Proficient in photography/videography (studio and on-location).

Skilled in editing software (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).

Experienced with professional AV gear, drones, lighting setups.

Sales & Marketing

Strong ability to market and sell creative and technical services.

Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRMs, and social media platforms.

Results-driven, able to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

IT Services Expertise

Application Development (web, mobile, or desktop).

Database Design & Management (SQL, NoSQL, ERD modeling).

Website Design (WordPress, HTML/CSS, responsive UI/UX principles).

Security & Surveillance Systems Installation (CCTV, access control).

Computer Network Design, Implementation & Management (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).

IT Managed Services (monitoring, helpdesk, preventive maintenance).

Electronics & Electrical Repairs, Maintenance & Installations (UPS, wiring, appliances).

Leadership & Soft Skills

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or management role.

Strong project coordination, time management, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and preferably English).

Adaptability, initiative, and customer-first mindset.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related role (photo/video, sales, studio management).

Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and videography work.

Degree or diploma in Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Flexible schedule (may include weekends and event-based work).

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred).
