Course Access
2.1. Once you have completed the registration process and made the full payment for a course, you will gain immediate access to the enrolled course materials and resources for the duration specified in the course description.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify NMS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.3. NMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal and courses if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that is harmful to other users or the Portal itself.
Course Content
3.1. The content provided on the Portal, including but not limited to course materials, videos, quizzes, and assignments, is the intellectual property of NMS or its content providers. You may not copy, distribute, or use this content for any purpose other than your personal education without prior written consent.
3.2. NMS may update or modify course content, syllabi, or schedules at its discretion. NMS will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes.
Refunds
4.1. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with NMS’s refund policy, which may vary depending on the course. Please refer to the specific course details for refund information.

5.1. Your use of the Portal is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Portal, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6.2. NMS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal or participation in courses.
